We win or lose depending on our approach.
If our approach is defeatist or pessimistic, we can get demotivated, depressed, we lose meaning and find no joy in what we do.
If we approach life with excitement, gratitude and curiosity, we learn, engage and communicate with our environment. Most likely, we get closer to reaching our full potential, and feeling happier.
Do you keep worrying and seeing only obstacles around you? Or is the sky the limit, and your contribution to life fun and fulfilling?
Some may find it hard to change their old thinking patterns or automatic responses. However, if we keep our awareness and mindfulness awake, we will properly channel all our energy in positive and rewarding ways. We will contain anger, resentment, sadness and allow ourselves to choose our emotions and our responses.
When we are free from negative approaches, the positives ones will follow.
