Robert E. Baumann

Robert (Bob) brings over 25 years of CFO / Controller leadership experience gained in manufacturing, wholesale, distribution and retail arenas within the precision and specialty industrial products sectors.  Bob is driven to continuously improve internal processes to achieve optimal cash flow, reduce debt, slash cash requirements, and support maximum inventory turns.  Over the years, his contributions generated millions of dollars in cost savings, revenues and profits through his accomplishments in finance, operations, debt and equity management, cost reduction initiatives, market development activities, and contract negations.

Bob played an integral role in piloting a leading metals manufacturer from one company with $45 million in revenues to four companies with a combined total of $350 million in revenues.  His vast and diverse experience includes assisting in the production of 10K and 10Q reports and implementing various accounting systems for both large enterprise and smaller, family owned, corporate groups.  In addition, Bob has assisted in successful Chapter 11 reorganization processes.  As a CFO or Controller, Bob has extensive experience in multi-plant operations and international subsidiaries.

Bob earned an MBA in Management preceded by a BBA in Accounting from Dowling College in Oakdale, NY.
