Amir is a dynamic and visionary senior executive with over 20 years experience in leading business development, operations, sales, marketing and finance for global technology companies.

Amir had demonstrated success driving market share and improving profitability through exemplary strategic planning and tactical leadership in both start-ups and growth organizations. Amir is dedicated to building and motivating high performing teams that exceed client and company expectations.

Prior to founding LAR Advisors LLC, Amir was the President of Alvarion Inc., the U.S. based subsidiary of Alvarion, (NASDAQ: ALVR). Alvarion  is the global leader in the broadband wireless access market, specializing in the supply of WiMAX systems to telecommunications carriers, ISPs, and private network operators. Prior to that, Amir was the CEO of Mer Telemanagament Solution (NASDAQ: MTSL). MTS is a worldwide provider of Business Support Systems (BSS), which supplies integrated, full-featured, customized solutions for Telecommunications, Management and Customer Care & Billing. Prior to that, Amir was the founder and CEO of several start-up companies.

Amir holds a BSC and MBA from Tel Aviv University.
