LifeFacilitation® Institute Launched

I am thrilled to launch LifeFacilitation® Institute (LFI), Westchester County’s first Coaching Academy. Participants in the interactive LFI program will experience the coaching process as a tool to enhance effectiveness and success both professionally and personally. They also will learn about coaching as a potential career path. Courses will be held on October 23, October 24, October 29, and October 30, at Stark Office Suites, 100 South Bedford Road, Mount Kisco, NY.

The program encompasses what truly powerful coaching is about. Participants will learn how to help others and themselves, to get unstuck, make impactful decisions, resolve conflicts, define and achieve objectives and improve relationships and career choices. Through hands-on, active dynamic group work, participants will be better equipped with methods for strategizing, leading change, contextualizing and framing communications, be empathetic and challenging to others and themselves to maximize success and find meaning in all they do.
