Yoav has just returned to lead NYC Advisors, LLC after a 2 year stint as a CFO & Acting COO of Vision-Sciences, Inc., a publicly held medical device company.
Yoav co-founded NYC Advisors, LLC in 2001. Prior to co-founding NYC Advisors, Yoav was the CEO of Casa Mayo LLC, a direct marketing organization he co-founded. Yoav was also the COO of a technology incubator, where he led 10 investments and private placements from evaluation to closing, advised CEOs of portfolio companies on financial and operational issues, and served as the Chairman of the Board of a publicly held software company, leading a successful turnaround.
Prior to that, Yoav was the CFO of several publicly held companies, and he spent over 8 years as a controller at Citibank Investment Bank, and as Vice President at Bankers Trust global and investment bank divisions.

Ella was the Co-founder and COO of Casa Mayo, LLC. She is highly experienced as a business & communications consultant for entrepreneurs and high level managers. She was the Executive Director at Piguet International, a credit and financial company. She is a specialist in intercultural communication and is a highly regarded expert in international business dynamics for the private sector and government entities.
Ella is a Board Member of Spirit of Israel, a UJA Organization, and of Reali School. She is a member of Business Partners Group - a forum of entrepreneurs and business leaders and an adjunct at the American Group Psychotherapy Association. She is a co-leader and Steering Committee Member of the Westchester Coaching Chapter and a frequent speaker at seminars and presentations for business leaders.
Ella has led pro bono efforts in a national pilot project for the not-for-profit organization Northern Westchester Shelter, NY. She oversaw the project with management, logistics and strategy, and served as mentor coach for coaches and senior management.
Ella holds a BA and MA in Languages & Translation from The Sorbonne University in Paris and an MA in Intercultural Communications as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Interpreting from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, CA. Ella is a Certified Court Mediator in US and Israel. She is also a graduate of Coach University.

In addition, he has cultivated skills in leading corporate and operational turnarounds, management restructuring, setting up sales and distribution channels, and heading back office systems and operations.
Since 2000 Isaac has worked with start-up companies in Europe and the U.S. serving as General Manager, Board Advisor and Chief Operating Officer, and was involved in developing corporate strategies, building sales delivery channels and providing strategic business, marketing and operational advisory services.
From 1986 to 2000 Isaac held senior management positions with Chase Manhattan Bank and Citigroup, managing global telecommunications products, IT operations and service delivery organizations. In his most recent position at Citigroup, Isaac served as Vice President for Consumer Internet Business with the Global Consumer Bank group where he was responsible for rolling out emerging technologies, internet banking products and financial services. Isaac holds a BA degree in Communications Media from N.Y. Institute of Technology and an MS Degree in Telecommunications from New York University.

Prior to that, Amir was the CEO of MTS ( Mer telemanagament Solution). MTS (NASDAQ (MTSL) is a worldwide provider of Business Support Systems (BSS), MTS supplies integrated, full-featured, customized solutions for Telecommunications, Management and Customer Care & Billing. Prior to that, Amir was the founder and CEO of several start up companies.

Rick has over 30 years of experience providing pragmatic financial and general management oversight to both publicly held and entrepreneurial organizations. These companies ranged in size from $15 to over $500 million in annual sales, covering such diverse industries as Distribution, Information Technology, Utilities, Retail and Wholesale consumer goods, Software Development, Marketing Research and Entertainment.
In his role as a CFO/CAO, Vice President Finance or General Manager he was primarily responsible for the preservation and enhancement of Customer, Vendor and Employee (including Union) relations, the sourcing, negotiating and expansion of Bank lines of Credit, and extensive Merger, Acquisition, Divesture and Joint Venture/Licensing negotiations.
Rick has also served as a Federal Court appointed Financial Officer of an insolvent Company, described by New York magazine as the “Mother of all Bankruptcies”. Additionally, he’s been an expert witness for the defense in two successful Federal Court cases. Further, Rick has also been a member of the Board of Directors of two Companies and established internal Management (Steering) Committees for several others.
Rick hold a BS in Accounting and Economics from Northeastern University in Boston MA, and an MBA in Management from Pace University in New York.
