Coaching on Vulnerability
Brene Brown said that vulnerability is the birth place of innovation, creativity and change.
I agree.
It is so if there is enough drive to lead to and create the change; if vulnerability is a trigger for innovation and a strong motive that brings on change.
What is vulnerability?… For me it’s integrity and humility, a side of us that make us real, accessible, brave, exposed and authentic. No poses, no facades.
In relationships it makes us emotionally touchable, as it forces us to take emotional risks, because we are open and honest. In so, it gives us huge power, strength and stability.
In corporate settings, it keeps management awake, alert, open, motivated and can be an agent for risk-taking and rewards in innovation, productivity and financial benefits.
Vulnerability offers us the opportunity to measure courage and vision, both personally and professionally, in relationships and in the Board room.
Best,
Ella
