What are your strengths in taking on interim CFO, COO, or CEO assignments?

I focus on turnarounds of small to mid-sized companies, and on helping healthy companies grow and prosper. One of my strengths is to quickly grasp the major issues a company faces at a high level. After identifying the major issues, I delve into the nitty-gritty and develop a plan with the senior management team to address each challenge. I then lead the execution of the plan, and once the company is on the right track, the management team can successfully run it on their own. Read more...
